A common struggle for restaurants is high employee turnover. Jim Swafford, owner of Jimm’s Steakhouse & Pub, says they have very low employee turnover at his restaurant. Their approach to isn’t typical to the restaurant business. Swafford believes the combination of benefits, workplace atmosphere, and a culture of looking out for one another are key ingredients.
