Need to Focus Prompts Sale of Business

“It’s been hard for me to choose. There is a point when I knew I needed to focus on one of these businesses,” says Elle Feldman, owner of Elle’s Patisserie and Lavare Spa (now rebranded as Good Skin Day). Feldman has decided to sell the french-style bakery business. “I feel like I’ve learned everything I need learn from this particular business right now,” Feldman says. “It’s time to sell because I believe Elle’s Patisserie is at a point where it can thrive without me - without Elle.”
