Andy Hampshire, chef and owner, and Misty Hampshire, owner at Farmers Gastropub talk about the move toward locally sourced food and how that informs the way they run their restaurant. They build relationships with local farmers to ensure the food they serve is to their standards. They also discuss how they have catering services for any size group and how they offer so much more than just traditional British fare. They also talk about how they've always dreamed of owning a restaurant and when the former owners put the pub up for sale, it was a perfect fit.
